Setting Up Video Visits with Someone at Waupun: An ICSolutions Registration Guide
Setting up a video visit at Waupun Correctional Institution comes down to three things: being on the approved visitor list, getting a Party ID from the person you want to see, and scheduling through ICSolutions.
Before you register or pick a time slot, confirm you're on the approved visitor list. At Waupun Correctional Institution, video visits are only available to people already approved to visit the person-in-our-care (PIOC). No approval means no video visits - and since the Party ID you need comes directly from the PIOC, this step has to happen first.

Once you're approved and have the Party ID, create an account on the ICSolutions website and schedule your visit there. WCI staff can't book ICSolutions video visits for you - it has to be done on your end. Plan your timing before you start. Video visits can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance, but no less than 48 hours before the visit time. Trying to book something for tomorrow or even the day after? The system won't allow it because of that 48-hour cutoff.
At the start of each video visit, the ICSolutions website will prompt you to electronically acknowledge the visiting rules. This happens every time - it's part of the standard check-in process.

That's the right contact for scheduling issues after your account exists. One thing to know: WCI staff cannot schedule ICSolutions video visits for you. The booking has to happen through the ICSolutions website, and scheduling problems go through the support email above - not the institution.
Tip: If you’re coming to WCI for in-person visiting, arrive no more than 15 minutes before visiting hours start. When you get to the lobby, you may be asked to complete a DOC-176 “Request to Visit Offender.”
