Visiting someone in jail gets a lot easier once you know the schedule—and the gotchas that trip people up. Here are the current public visitation days and times for Weber County Jail, plus appointment rules and lobby hours you'll want to know before you go.
Public in-person visitation runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you're working around a job or school pickups, this weekday window is your main option.

Need to handle scheduling in person? The jail's visitation page lists these lobby hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The lobby is closed on Sundays.
Here's where it gets confusing: the inmate services page lists slightly different hours. It says the lobby (jail kiosk) is open 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day except holidays and Sundays, closing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Heads-up: Because the jail publishes two different lobby-hour descriptions, double-check the current hours (and your appointment details) before you travel.
Best Practices Before You Go
