Prefer to deposit in person? WVRJ has a lobby kiosk in the facility vestibule. It's available 24/7, so you can make a deposit anytime - even outside normal business hours.

The lobby kiosk has one big advantage: speed. Funds post to the inmate's account immediately. If your loved one needs money right away, this is usually the fastest option.

  • Credit card deposit $0.00–$50.00: $4.00 + 3.5%
  • Credit card deposit $50.01–$100.00: $5.50 + 3.5%
  • Credit card deposit $100.01–$200.00: $8.50 + 3.5%
  • Credit card deposit $200.01–$300.00: $11.50 + 3.5%
  • Cash deposits at the kiosk: $2.50 per deposit

Running into problems? Billing questions, phone service issues, or deposit trouble all go through VIAPATH (formerly GTL) - they handle those services for WVRJ. You'll usually get faster answers by contacting VIAPATH/ConnectNetwork support directly.

  1. Contact VIAPATH customer service - Email support@gtl.net or call 866-516-0115.
  2. Call the on-site VIAPATH representative (weekdays) - Reach them Monday through Friday at 540-378-3745.
