Build your day around two times: the visiting window (8:15 AM to 3:15 PM) and the latest arrival cutoff (2:15 PM). Aim to get there well before 2:15 PM so you have time for check-in and processing. The visiting room stays open until 3:15 PM, but arriving close to the cutoff leaves almost no margin if anything slows you down.
Wyoming CF allows one visit per day, per incarcerated individual. If multiple people want to see the same person, plan to go together (within the visitor limit) or split up across different visiting days.
Each visit at Wyoming CF allows a maximum of three adult visitors. You can also bring one child under age five, but that child must sit on an adult's lap. If your group is bigger than the limit, decide ahead of time who's going in so no one gets surprised at check-in.
