The Visit Hospitality Center uses a lighted number system to call visitors. You'll get a number when you arrive, then watch the window display. When your number lights up, you're next. It's first-come, first-served - show up earlier, get processed earlier.
Tip: Because visitors are processed in order of arrival, getting there earlier usually means getting processed earlier.
Timing still matters. Visiting hours run from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, but you must arrive by 2:15 PM. Miss that cutoff and you won't be processed, no matter how early others got there. Plan your drive accordingly - rushing to beat the deadline isn't worth the stress.
