Where you pay depends on timing. During business hours, fines and bonds go through the court where the offense occurred. After hours, the Detention Facility may handle payment - call Facility Booking to confirm what's possible right then.

For phone or video billing issues, the Customer Service Billing Department number is 1-800-943-2189. One catch: inmates can't dial this number from inside the facility.
