To join the visit, you’ll need access to Microsoft Teams on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Make sure the device you plan to use has working video and audio - if your camera or microphone isn’t functioning, you may not be able to complete the visit.
You also need a valid email address to schedule a video visit. Use an email account you can reliably access, since that’s where you’ll receive visit-related messages.
York CI caps video visits at three authorized adult visitors. Everyone joining must be listed on the Visit Request Form - if someone isn't listed and authorized, they can't be on the call.
