Zephyrhills Correctional Institution uses ICSolutions for personal video visits. If you're 18 or older, you'll need to register with ICSolutions before scheduling. Book at least 17 hours in advance—you can schedule up to two weeks ahead. Offsite video visits run up to 20 minutes at $0.25 per minute. You'll need at least $5.00 in your ICS prepaid account to book; the full amount is charged when you schedule, and unused time gets refunded. All personal video visits are monitored and recorded. If the person you're visiting is in administrative segregation or has a Red Dot designation, they're limited to two hours of video visits per week (six 20-minute sessions). Staff can deny, change, or cancel visits, and terminated visits aren't refunded.

Zephyrhills Correctional Institution provides inmates with wireless tablets. Create a JailATM account to send eMessages and access other tablet services. Messages cost $0.25 each, and photo uploads run $0.25 each. JailATM uses a subscription model—$5.00 in credits gets applied when enabled, and each message or photo draws from that balance. Educational content is free. Entertainment like music, movies, TV, and games costs extra and must be funded through your JailATM account. Zephyrhills C.I. routes incoming personal mail through ICSolutions digital mail—the facility doesn't accept personal letters directly. Instead, mail physical letters to the ICS Digital Mail Processing P.O. Box in San Antonio to be scanned and uploaded. Privileged mail and government checks are handled differently: send those to the Pasco Corrections street address, not the digital-mail P.O. Box. The scanner can't process certain items. Mail may be rejected if it includes legal/privileged categories, newspaper clippings, staples or adhesives, greeting cards with pop-outs or glitter, or any non-paper items. Paper size limits apply too. Physical originals are destroyed 60 days after upload. To avoid delays, include the inmate's full name, booking/ID number, and your return address.
