How do I set up to receive phone calls or video sessions from an incarcerated person?
It depends on the facility, but you will often need to create an account with the facility’s phone/video provider first. Cheshire County states that you are required to set up an account with Securus Technologies to receive calls. For video, Securus describes Securus Video Connect as a web-based system you can use from anywhere with internet access using the Securus app, a computer, or a tablet.
