Scheduling visits, onsite and remote: times, limits, and booking systems

NDOC publishes facility visitation information on its Inmates/Visiting page. Individual facilities may also post their own visiting rules and contacts. Casa Grande Transitional Housing Center, for example, lists general population visiting times on Sundays (8 to 10 a.m. and 12 to 2 p.m.) and instructs visitors to check in 15 minutes prior to visitation. Jean Conservation Camp's visitation page provides a phone number to call and ask for Visiting, lists a maximum visitor capacity per session of 32 and a maximum inmate capacity per session of 8, and states that entry and departure times are enforced (with exceptions for emergency departures or pre-approved early departures authorized by the Facility Manager).

  1. Go through the Securus Video Visitation system. Henderson Detention Center directs visitors to use the Securus Video Visitation system to schedule an onsite or remote visit.
  2. Pick an onsite time window. Henderson lists onsite visiting hours as Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  3. Plan around visit limits. Henderson states inmates are permitted two onsite visits per week.
