Finding and using official contact points and emergency notifications

For questions about Oregon DOC visiting paperwork, use the statewide visiting application help line and Visitor Services contacts. Oregon DOC lists a phone number for help completing the visiting application, plus an email address and fax number for submissions. For county facilities, contact the local Sheriff's Office or jail office directly. Clatsop County, for example, publishes its Sheriff's Office address and phone number, along with jail fax numbers, a non-emergency line, and an email address.
