What families should know about facility operations and hearings

If your loved one was just booked into a county detention center, one of the first questions is usually: "When will they see a judge?" Converse County Detention Center states that inmates booked on new charges will be seen by the judge or county court within 72 hours of arrest, and bond will be set at that time.
