How to Address Mail to an Inmate at ASPC-Cerbat Unit (and What's Changing in 2025)

Sending mail to someone at ASPC-Cerbat? A major change takes effect December 15, 2025. Here are the exact addresses you need, plus what your loved one will actually receive once Arizona switches to digital mail processing.

For now, mail goes to the facility's P.O. Box in Kingman. Include the person's name and their ADC (ADCRR) number on the address. ASPC, Kingman Cerbat Unit Inmate Name and ADC (ADCRR) # P.O. Box 3009 Kingman, AZ 86402

Starting December 15, 2025, all personal mail (anything that isn't legal mail or a package) must go to Arizona's Digital Processing Center in Texas. This is a statewide change that applies to every ADCRR facility, including privately contracted prisons like ASPC-Cerbat. What this means for you: letters, photos, and greeting cards will go to the processing center first, not directly to Cerbat.

  • Effective December 15, 2025: Personal mail (letters, greeting cards, photos) must be mailed to:
  • Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry
  • Inmate’s Full First and Last Name + ADCRR Number
  • Prison Complex, Assigned Unit
  • PO Box 211309
  • Dallas, TX 75211

Starting January 7, 2026, packages and publications go to ADCRR in Phoenix. Include the inmate's full name, ADCRR number, prison complex, and assigned unit. Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry Inmate's Full First and Last Name + ADCRR Number Prison Complex, Assigned Unit 801 E Jefferson Street Phoenix, AZ 85034

Starting January 7, 2026, government checks (Veterans, Social Security, Disability) must go to the ADCRR Inmate Trust Accounts Section in Phoenix. Include the inmate's full name, ADCRR number, prison complex, and assigned unit on the envelope. Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry Inmate Trust Accounts Section Inmate's Full First and Last Name + ADCRR Number Prison Complex, Assigned Unit 1802 W Jackson Street, #161 Phoenix, AZ 85007

There's a 1-month grace period from December 15, 2025 through January 15, 2026. If personal mail accidentally goes to the prison instead of the processing center during that window, staff will still process it and get it to the inmate. These changes apply statewide, including at ASPC-Cerbat. Update your address book as soon as the new process starts.

Once mail reaches the processing center, Securus (ADCRR's partner) will scan it and make it digitally available within 3 business days.

No tablet? No problem. Your loved one can view their digital mail on a department-provided kiosk, or the facility will print black-and-white copies for them.

Original mail is stored for 90 days after scanning. After that, it's professionally disposed of.

  1. Put your letter, photos, or card in the envelope as usual - this is the item that will be scanned and delivered digitally.
  2. Add a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) inside - this is required if you want the original physical mail returned after scanning.
  3. Mail it to the correct processing address for the mail type - the return envelope only helps with originals, it does not replace the required addressing information on the outer envelope.

Common Addressing Mistakes

  • Inmate’s full first and last name (no nicknames)
  • Inmate’s ADC (ADCRR) number
  • The correct destination address for what you are sending:
  • For current, pre-digital mail to Cerbat: P.O. Box 3009, Kingman, AZ 86402
  • Starting December 15, 2025 for personal mail (letters, greeting cards, photos): PO Box 211309, Dallas, TX 75211 (also include prison complex and assigned unit)
  • If required for that mail type, include the prison complex and assigned unit
  • If the envelope is missing the full name, ADCRR/ADC number, or the correct address, the mail will be returned to the sender
