Where to Send Packages, Books, and Government Checks for an Inmate at ASPC‑Cerbat Unit
ASPC‑Cerbat uses different mailing addresses depending on what you're sending—personal mail, packages and publications, or official government checks. Use the quick list below to make sure your item reaches the right place.
Where you send something depends on what it is. Starting December 15, 2025, personal mail - letters, greeting cards, photos - must go to ADCRR's Digital Processing Center in Texas, not directly to the prison. Then on January 7, 2026, packages, publications, and official government checks shift to separate addresses in Phoenix.
- ✓ Personal mail (letters, greeting cards, photos) - effective Dec 15, 2025: Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry; *Inmate’s Full First and Last Name + ADCRR Number*; *Prison Complex, Assigned Unit*; PO Box 211309, Dallas, TX 75211
- ✓ Packages and publications - effective Jan 7, 2026: Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry; *Inmate’s Full First and Last Name + ADCRR Number*; *Prison Complex, Assigned Unit*; 801 E Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034
- ✓ Official government mail (Veterans, Social Security, or Disability checks) - effective Jan 7, 2026: Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry, Inmate Trust Accounts Section; *Inmate’s Full First and Last Name + ADCRR Number*; *Prison Complex, Assigned Unit*; 1802 W Jackson Street, #161, Phoenix, AZ 85007
Whichever address you use, the basics stay the same: include the inmate's full first and last name, their ADCRR number, and the prison complex with assigned unit. These details help ADCRR route the item to the right person once it reaches the processing location.
- ✓ Inmate’s full first and last name
- ✓ Inmate’s ADCRR number
- ✓ The correct destination address for the type of item you’re sending
- ✓ Prison complex and assigned unit (where required on the address format)
Two dates to know. December 15, 2025: personal mail (anything other than legal mail, parcels, publications, and official government mail) goes to the Digital Processing Center in Texas. January 7, 2026: packages, publications, and official government checks shift to their Phoenix addresses. There's a 1‑month grace period from December 15, 2025 through January 15, 2026 - personal mail sent to the wrong address will still be processed. After that, it gets returned.
Heads up: Missing the inmate's full name, ADCRR number, or using the wrong address? Your mail will be returned to sender.
- Confirm the inmate’s full name and ADCRR number - match what ADCRR has on file.
- Pick the right destination for what you’re sending - personal mail, packages/publications, or official government checks use different addresses.
- Add the prison complex and assigned unit - include these in the address format.
- Use the correct address for the effective date - send to the updated location once the change takes effect so it isn’t returned.
