Letters, greeting cards, and photos go to a centralized Digital Processing Center, where they're scanned and delivered electronically to the inmate. Send personal mail to: Digital Processing Center, PO Box 211309, Dallas, TX. Legal mail isn't part of the digital scanning program—neither are parcels, publications, or official government mail. Starting January 7, 2026, packages and publications go to 801 E Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Official government mail (Veterans, Social Security, disability checks) routes to Inmate Trust Accounts Section, 1802 W Jackson Street, #161, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Always include the inmate's full name and ID number, plus your complete return address.
