Want to receive phone calls from someone at ADCRR (including ASPC-Cheyenne) without paying the $25 visitation background fee? You can. You'll still need to submit the standard application, and ADCRR will still run a background check—but you won't owe the fee.
If you only want phone contact - no in-person visits - you can skip the $25 visitation background check fee. You'll still apply through the regular Application to Visit an Inmate process, but phone-only applicants aren't required to pay that fee.
