Securus aims to process and make digital mail available within three business days of receipt. Originals are stored for 90 days before professional disposal; include a self‑addressed, stamped envelope if you want originals returned. ADCRR reports no added cost for the service, and Securus offers 24/7 support at (800) 844‑6591.
If you’re paying the $25 visitation background fee, you can use any of the three approved vendors: Keefe, JPay, or GTL. Friends and family can pay through several channels—online, a mobile app, by phone, or at a storefront/walk-up location—but the payment still needs to be submitted electronically.
