Before traveling to ASPC–Red Rock, check the facility's visitation calendar on the ADCRR visitation schedule index for current dates and unit-specific session times. You'll need to submit the Application to Visit an Inmate electronically, complete every required field, and attest that your information is truthful. Most adult visitors requesting in-person, video, or standard phone privileges pay a one-time, non-refundable $25 background-check fee under Department Order 911 (phone-only recipients may have different fee requirements). After your payment and supporting documentation are received, allow up to 60 days for processing—the incarcerated person will be notified of the decision. Starting December 15, 2025, ADCRR is moving most incoming personal mail to a digital mail platform for ASPC‑Red Rock. Legal mail, parcels, publications, and official government mail won't be scanned. Send personal letters, greeting cards, or photos to the ADCRR Digital Processing Center (PO Box 211309, Dallas, TX 75211) for scanning and electronic delivery. Packages and publications go to a separate centralized address starting January 7, 2026 (801 E Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034)—incorrectly sent items will still be accepted during a one‑month grace period. Accepted items are scanned in color and delivered to the inmate on a secure tablet (or via kiosk/printed copies if needed). Originals are held for 90 days before disposal unless you include a self‑addressed stamped envelope for return. There's no extra charge, and Securus offers 24/7 support.
