Red Rock Correctional Center's physical mailing address is 1752 E. Arica Road, Eloy, AZ 85131. If you're using the facility address during the transition, include the inmate's name and ADC/ADCRR number on the envelope so staff can route it correctly.
Red Rock is part of ADCRR's statewide mail changes, along with all other ADCRR complexes and privately contracted facilities. For most personal mail after the change takes effect, you'll use the new processing addresses - not the facility address - unless you've been specifically told otherwise.
Starting December 15, 2025, most incoming personal mail goes to the Digital Processing Center in Texas - not directly to the prison. This applies to typical items like letters, greeting cards, and photos. Address it with the inmate's full name and ADCRR number, plus the prison complex and assigned unit.
Grace period (Dec 15, 2025–Jan 15, 2026): Mail these items to the prison complex by mistake during this window? They'll still be processed and delivered. After Jan 15, 2026, improperly addressed mail gets returned to sender.
Two categories shift a bit later. Starting January 7, 2026, packages must go to 801 E Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Official government mail (Veterans, Social Security, or Disability checks) must be sent to the Inmate Trust Accounts Section at 1802 W Jackson Street, #161, Phoenix, AZ 85007.
- Write the inmate’s full name and ADCRR number - use their full first and last name, plus the ADCRR number.
- Add the prison complex and assigned unit - include the complex and unit in the address block.
- Use the Digital Processing Center PO Box - address the envelope to Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry and mail it to PO Box 211309, Dallas, TX 75211 (effective Dec 15, 2025).
Reminder: These changes apply statewide to all ADCRR complexes and privately contracted facilities, including Red Rock. Once the grace period ends, using the wrong address means your mail comes back to you.
