How to Schedule a Visit at CSP‑Sacramento (Use the CDCR VisitMe portal)

CSP‑Sacramento uses the CDCR VisitMe portal to schedule visits. This is where you'll log in, pick a time slot, and track your upcoming visits. The portal runs on ViaPath Technologies (Telmate) - you'll see their branding when you access the site.

1. Open the CDCR VisitMe portal - This is the site you’ll use to schedule and manage visits.
2. Find the “CLAIM ACCOUNT” option - New users start here.
3. Claim your account - Once your account is claimed, you’ll be set up to sign in and schedule visits.

Returning users can log in with either a Visitor ID or email address, plus a password. Once signed in, you can schedule new visits and manage existing ones from your account.

After logging in, you'll pick a date, time, and location for your visit. The scheduling flow walks you through each step. Once you've booked, check your account to confirm the details - showing up on the wrong day means you won't get in.

Before using VisitMe, check the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy - both are linked on the login page. You'll also see Telmate/ViaPath listed as the provider, which is normal.
