Visits happen every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Sessions run two hours: either 9:00–11:00 or 12:00–2:00.

Victims requesting written notification of an offender's release should mail a request (including your contact information and the offender's details) to: Kentucky Department of Corrections Victim Services Branch, P.O. Box 2400, Room G-46, Frankfort, KY 40602.
