Need a copy of a report or making a Sunshine Law request? Call (573) 573-1111 ext. 6128. This is your fastest route for tracking down paperwork - incident reports, citations, accident reports, or arrest records.

Prefer email? Send records requests to records@boonemo.gov. The Sheriff's Office also has an "Online Open Records Request" form on their website - handy if you want everything in writing with a copy for yourself.

Note: If an item is considered evidence, it can only be released with written authorization from the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and it won’t be released until all investigations and legal proceedings are complete.
