Scheduling Your First Visit: The 48-Hour Rule at Calhoun County Jail

Calhoun County Jail doesn't allow walk-in visits. Every visit must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Plan accordingly - if you're hoping to visit this weekend, you'll need to book by midweek. Anything inside that 48-hour window won't work.

You can schedule online through the ICSolutions website. First-time users will need to create an account. From there, follow the prompts to the visitation scheduling section and pick an available time slot.

Already have an ICSolutions account for inmate phone calls? You can use that same account for video visitation. Just look for the "Register for Video" option, complete the registration steps, and you're set to schedule.

Prefer to skip the online route? You can register in person at the visitation registration station in the jail's Visitation Lobby. The on-site visiting terminals are free to use.

Visitation Windows

• ✓ Onsite (in-jail) visitation: Monday–Friday, 7:30–10:30am and 12:30–4:30pm
• ✓ Remote (video/off-site) visitation: daily, 7:30–10:30am, 12:30–4:30pm, and 7:30–9:00pm

1. Decide how you’ll schedule - Use the ICSolutions website, or schedule in person at the visitation registration station in the Visitation Lobby.
2. Log in or create your ICSolutions account - If you’re scheduling online, sign in to your existing account or create a new one.
3. If you already have an ICSolutions phone account, register it for video - Choose “Register for Video,” complete registration, then move on to scheduling.
4. Pick a time at least 48 hours out - Select a visit date/time that meets the facility’s 48-hour advance scheduling rule.
