Onsite visitation runs Monday through Friday in two windows: 7:30 to 10:30 AM and 12:30 to 4:30 PM. If you're visiting in person using the jail's terminals, these are your options.
Remote video visits are available every day in three blocks: 7:30 to 10:30 AM, 12:30 to 4:30 PM, and 7:30 to 9:00 PM. That evening window is useful if daytime hours don't work for your schedule.
All visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. You can book through the ICSolutions website or at the visitation registration station in the jail's Visitation Lobby. Plan ahead before driving over or setting up a video call.
Cost and equipment: Onsite terminals are free. Off-site video visits cost $8.75 for 25 minutes and require a computer or Android device with the ICS MOBILE (The Visitor) app.
Refunds: Internet issues during off-site visits aren't eligible for refunds. Use the most stable connection you can find.
