How to Schedule a Video Visit at Chippewa Valley Correctional Treatment Facility (CVCTF)

Before scheduling anything, confirm you're eligible to visit. CVCTF requires a completed Visitor Questionnaire (DOC-21AA) on file and approval on the PIOC's visiting list. Without that approval, the scheduling system won't work - get that squared away first. Once approved, you'll schedule visits through the ICSolutions website (www.icsolutions.com). That's where you create your account and select a time slot.

You'll need the Party ID from the person you're visiting. At CVCTF, the PIOC provides this unique ID - it's listed next to your name on their visiting list. You can't register or schedule on ICSolutions without it. Running into trouble with the Party ID? CVCTF staff can't help with this. Contact DOCDAIElectronicVisitSupport@wisconsin.gov instead.

How to Schedule a Video Visit at Chippewa Valley Correctional Treatment Facility (CVCTF)
  1. Go to the ICSolutions website - Use www.icsolutions.com, since CVCTF video visits are scheduled there.
  2. Create an account (or sign in to your existing one) - If you’ve used ICSolutions before, you may just need to update your account for CVCTF.
  3. Enter the Party ID exactly as provided - The Party ID is what ties your account to the CVCTF visiting list for that specific PIOC.
  4. Confirm you’re registered under the approved visitor name - The Party ID is listed next to your name on the visiting list, so your account details should match the approved visitor information.

Note: CVCTF staff cannot help with Party ID questions, scheduling, or technical problems. For Party ID or scheduling issues, contact DOCDAIElectronicVisitSupport@wisconsin.gov.

Video visits at CVCTF run 25 minutes each, with 5-minute gaps between sessions. Plan accordingly - your call won't roll over if you start late. Each PIOC gets one free video visit per week. Additional 25-minute sessions cost $2.50 each, up to 24 total video visits per month.

On the day of the visit, be ready for an ID check on camera. All visitors age 16 or older must hold an approved form of identification up to the screen for three full seconds and state their full name before the video visit begins. If you’re visiting with multiple people, each person who is 16+ should be prepared to do this.

CVCTF is strict about who appears on camera: only people scheduled and listed on the reservation can be on screen. No exceptions. Up to six approved visitors can join a visit, but at least one must be an adult. Anyone not approved and listed should stay off-screen to avoid problems.
