• ✓ If you want to send messages or photos to a PIOC’s ICS tablet, create a GettingOut (GTL) account through the GettingOut app or website.

Get the Party ID directly from the incarcerated person before you start. CVCTF's process won't work if that ID is entered incorrectly in ICS. Double-check the current video visit allowance and the $2.50 cost for paid visits too, since policies and fees can change.
