How to Schedule and Prepare for a Video Visit at Cochise County Jail (Douglas & Sierra Vista)
Video visits go smoother when you know the locations, hours, and scheduling rules ahead of time. Here are the two Cochise County video center locations, weekday onsite hours, and the key rules that most often cause visits to fall through.
Cochise County has two public video visitation centers. The Douglas location is at the Cochise County Regional Center Douglas, 1012 G. Avenue, 2nd Floor (next to Justice Court Precinct 2), Douglas, AZ 85607. The Sierra Vista location is at the Cochise County Juvenile Detention Center, 100 Colonia de Salud, Suite 201, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. You can schedule visits online, which is usually the fastest way to grab an available time slot.
Both the Sierra Vista and Douglas centers offer onsite video visits Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. That's a tight window, so if you're visiting during a busy week, schedule early.
Holiday rule: Visits on a county-recognized holiday must be done from home, not at the regional video centers.
At either video center, you need to schedule your visit at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day and next-day bookings aren't an option, so plan ahead and pick a later date and time if you're inside that 48-hour window.
If the person you're visiting is in General Population, they can receive up to two free public visits per week. Home visits are a different story. Cochise County says there's no limit on the number of visits done from home by friends or family.

Home video visits run through Securus Video Connect. You can schedule and join visits using the free Securus app, a computer, or a tablet. All you need is internet access.
One thing to know: Cochise County Jail and Court Security staff won't schedule public visits for you. Handle scheduling through the online system, and reach out to the vendor's support line if you run into trouble.
