Even when you qualify for a courtesy visit, CRC still limits how many people can be in the visit at once. A maximum of five (5) visitors may visit at one time, and that headcount includes walking children.

The courtesy visit is a one-time exception, not the ongoing rule. After that 1 courtesy visit, CRC requires visiting applications to be fully approved before any more visits are allowed.

- Call CRC 10–14 business days after you submit - the facility asks families to call after that window to verify whether the application has been approved.
