How to Schedule Visits at Crittenden County Jail (onsite and at-home)

Crittenden County Jail offers two ways to visit: free onsite video visits at the facility, or paid at-home (remote) visits from your smartphone or computer. Onsite works well if you can get to the jail during scheduled hours. At-home visits are often easier if you live out of town, don't have reliable transportation, or just need more flexibility. Remote visits run through ICSolutions - that's also where you'll create your visitation account for online scheduling.

The tradeoff comes down to cost versus convenience. At-home visits cost $0.25 per minute, but you can schedule them any day within the allowed hours and connect from wherever you are. Planning to use remote visits? You'll need to create your account and book through ICSolutions.

No matter which option you choose, you have to schedule ahead. Visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, and you can book up to two weeks out.

Onsite visits at Crittenden County Jail are free but limited. Each inmate gets two free 20-minute onsite visits per week. Scheduling is available Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:40 pm.

1. Plan your visit window - onsite visits can be scheduled Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 am–2:40 pm, and you’ll need to pick a time at least 24 hours ahead.

At-home visits can be scheduled any day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm - much more flexibility than onsite. These visits cost $0.25 per minute.

2. Choose a time within the remote-visit hours - at-home visits may be scheduled any day from 6:00 am–10:00 pm.
3. Book within the allowed window - schedule at least 24 hours in advance and no more than two weeks ahead.

Day of Visit Checklist
