David L. Moss Visiting Hours and Rules: Fridays & Saturdays, One-Visit Limit, and Punctuality

On-site visitation at David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center happens Fridays and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days. Plan around those windows - visits outside the published schedule aren't available.

On-site, non-contact visits at David L. Moss are limited to immediate family only. You qualify if you're the inmate's parent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, fiancé, or child. Children must be 16 or older and accompanied by a legal guardian. If you don't fit one of these categories, you'll need to find another way to stay connected - an in-person visit won't be an option.

Note: These relationship limits apply to on-site, non-contact visitation at David L. Moss.

David L. Moss enforces a strict weekly limit that applies to both inmates and visitors. Each inmate gets one visit per week. Visitors can only visit one inmate per week. Plan carefully if you have multiple loved ones housed there, or if several family members want to visit the same person. Once you use your weekly visit on one inmate, you can't visit a different inmate until the following week.

Exception: A special visit can happen only if it’s granted in writing by the Jail Administrator.

Don't cut it close. If you arrive late for a scheduled visit at David L. Moss, that visit gets cancelled. Since inmates only get one visit per week, a cancellation isn't just a wasted trip - it means no visit that week at all. Build in extra time so you're not rushing.

  • Confirm you’re approved before you try to schedule a visit.
  • Plan to arrive early for your scheduled time so you’re not late (late arrivals are cancelled).
  • If you have more than one loved one in custody, don’t schedule visits with different inmates in the same week unless you have a special visit granted in writing by the Jail Administrator.

Reminder: The DLM Visitor’s Request Form is required to request visitation approval and initiate the background check.
