How to Use the ViaPath Portal to Schedule Your Dayton Correctional Visit

Visiting someone at Dayton Corrections Institution means using ViaPath - Ohio's statewide reservation system. The portal is available 24/7, but you still need to reserve a time slot before showing up. No reservation, no visit.

Registration comes after approval. Once ODRC clears you as a visitor, head to the ViaPath site for Ohio (ohdoc.gtlvisitme.com) to create your account. Wait until you're approved first - registering too early can actually slow down your ViaPath setup.

Once you're logged in, you can schedule either an in-person visit or a video visit at Dayton. Both options run through the same portal, so all your reservations stay in one place.

Heads up: If anything about your ViaPath reservation changes, ViaPath will send an email notification so you’re not caught off guard.

Need help logging in? Call ViaPath support at 1-800-646-6283 for assistance with accessing your account.
