Durham County Detention runs all inmate account deposits through TouchPay. You can add money online, at the kiosk in the detention center lobby, or by phone. Every TouchPay deposit includes a service fee. To complete any deposit, you'll need the facility number (227701) and the inmate's JCA number.

TouchPay's online service runs 24 hours a day, making it a solid choice when you need to add funds outside business hours. Before you start, grab the inmate's JCA number and the facility number for Durham County Detention (227701). A service fee applies to each online deposit.

Tip: Have the inmate’s JCA number and facility number 227701 in front of you before you begin. Without both, the deposit will not go through.
