Setting Up Video Visits Through ICSolutions (IDOC): Register, Schedule, and Know the Limits

IDOC video visitation has moved from GTL to ICSolutions at all facilities except Adult Transition Centers (ATCs). To schedule a video visit, you'll need to register with ICSolutions first, then use your account to book the visit.

You'll schedule IDOC video visits through ICSolutions. Start by creating your visitor account, then use the ICSolutions scheduling portal to pick an available day and time for the person you want to visit. If you're coordinating visits for multiple family members, make sure each visitor is registered and approved before you try to schedule.

Start by planning around the daily cap. An individual in custody can only receive one video visit per day. If someone else has already scheduled a session that day, no other video visit slot will be available until a different day.

Group size is limited too. For individuals in general population or protective custody, no more than three approved visitors can join a single video visit. So even if more family members are approved to visit overall, you may need to rotate who joins each call.

• ✓ If your loved one already has a video visit scheduled today, you will need to pick a different day (only one video visit per day).
• ✓ If four or five family members want to join at once, choose up to three approved visitors for that session and rotate others to a different day.
• ✓ If you are coordinating for a household, confirm who will be the three approved visitors before you schedule so you do not have to cancel and rebook.
