Visiting at Women's Easter Rec/Diag/Corr Center (WERDCC) runs on a weekend-focused schedule. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday sessions are split between general population and treatment/diagnostic/TCU offenders—check which session matches your person's status. Visit limits depend on housing: general population offenders can receive eight visits per month, while diagnostic and treatment offenders are limited to one. Your group is capped at three visitors plus up to three additional children (age 10 and under per WERDCC materials), and everyone must be pre-approved through the online visiting application. You'll need the offender's DOC ID. The application goes to the institutional case manager, and the offender gets notified of approval. Expect security screening (full-body scanners, metal detectors, X-ray), a strict dress code, limits on items including food and infant supplies, and serious consequences for contraband under Missouri law.

WERDCC doesn't accept incoming telephone calls—you can't call someone there directly. Incarcerated people can place outgoing calls unless they're on restricted status, though phone access is more limited in segregation units. Every call requires the caller's personal PIN. Calling can be funded through debit minutes, a Securus account, Advance Connect, or the JPay tablet phone app. To receive prepaid calls, set up a Securus account online or by phone using the contact details the facility provides. If you receive unwanted calls, use the automated prompts to block them. Contact the institution if the calls continue.

You can send money to someone at Women's Eastern Rec/Diag/Corr Center electronically through JPay (including the mobile app) or by mail. For mail deposits, send a money order or cashier's check payable to Missouri DOC with the required deposit slip so the payment posts correctly. Double-check the offender's name and inmate number. Mail deposits go to the Offender Finance Office at P.O. Box 1609, Jefferson City, MO 65102—don't send personal mail or photos to that address. Once received, mailed payments are normally processed within 1–3 business days, though it can take longer.
