Missouri DOC uses JPay for electronic deposits. You'll find JPay listed as the electronic transfer option on the Missouri DOC money transfer page - clicking it takes you to the external JPay site where you can complete your deposit.

Tip: To confirm you're using the right service, check the Missouri DOC money transfer page - JPay should be listed as the electronic option.

Prefer paper? You can mail a money order or cashier's check instead. Just make sure you fill it out correctly and send it to the right office - mistakes can delay the deposit or get your payment returned.

  • Mail deposit payments to: Offender Finance Office, Missouri Department of Corrections, P.O. Box 1609, Jefferson City, MO 65102

Mailed deposits typically post within 1–3 business days after the Offender Finance Office receives your payment. Processing can take longer during busy periods or if there's an issue with your paperwork.

Don’t mail extras to the finance address: Do not send personal mail, cards, stamps, or photographs to the Offender Finance Office address used for deposits.
