Getting calls from someone at WERDCC comes down to one thing: setting up phone funding through Securus so their outgoing calls can connect.
WERDCC doesn't allow incoming calls. All phone contact starts from inside - your loved one places outgoing calls, and you can't call the facility to reach them directly.

Families and friends can fund calls through a Securus account. One option Missouri DOC mentions is Advance Connect, which lets you prepay for calls to a specific bill-to number (BTN).
Calls may also come through a phone app on JPay tablets. That tablet calling runs through Securus Technologies, so it's still the same vendor system.
- Listen to the automated message and prompts - if you’re receiving unwanted calls, follow the prompts on the phone to block future calls to your residence.
If the calls don’t stop: Contact the institution immediately and provide as much information as possible.
