Scheduling Video Visits with Someone at EOCI: Onsite vs. Offsite and What to Expect

"Onsite" video visitation means you travel to EOCI and use a video station at the facility to connect with your loved one. "Offsite" means you connect from your own computer at home. Going offsite has two key differences: you'll need specific software to connect, and there's a fee for each visit.

For onsite video visits, you'll need a confirmation code when you log on at the facility's video station. This code combines the phone number linked to your ICSolutions account with the 4-digit PIN you chose during registration. Make sure the phone number on your account is current - it's part of your login. Also, since October 17, 2022, friends and family must create an ICSolutions account and validate their phone number before they can receive calls from adults in custody.

1. Confirm the phone number on your ICSolutions account - your confirmation code uses the telephone number tied to your account.
2. Confirm your 4-digit PIN - it’s the PIN you chose during registration.
3. Enter the full confirmation code when prompted - use your phone number plus your 4-digit PIN to log on for an onsite video visit.

Offsite video visits are fee-based. The cost is charged to your ICSolutions account at the time you schedule the visit.

• ✓ Create your ICSolutions account and complete phone number validation (this is required to receive phone calls from adults in custody).
• ✓ If you’re doing an offsite visit, install The Visitor™ Windows Edition ahead of time.
• ✓ Have your onsite confirmation code ready: the phone number on your ICSolutions account plus your 4-digit PIN.
• ✓ If you’re scheduling offsite, make sure your ICSolutions account can cover the fee that will be charged at scheduling.
