Setting Up an ICSolutions Account and Troubleshooting Phone Calls to Someone at EOCI
Want to receive phone calls from someone at Eastern Oregon Corrections Institution (EOCI)? You'll need an ICSolutions account with a validated phone number first. Once that's set up, most problems come down to carrier blocking or a validation hiccup that customer support can fix.
Starting October 17, 2022, friends and family need an ICSolutions account with a validated phone number to receive calls from adults in custody at EOCI. No account or unvalidated number? Calls won't connect. Set this up early - even if you're not expecting a call right away.
- Go to icsolutions.com and create your account - use your information and follow the prompts to get your profile set up.
- Add the phone number you want to receive calls on - enter the number carefully (including any area code) and submit it in your account.
- Complete the phone number validation process - follow the on-screen validation steps until your number shows as validated in your account.
- Repeat for any additional numbers - if you want calls to reach more than one phone, each number needs to be added and validated.

- ✓ Email customer@icsolutions.com with the telephone number(s) to be validated (include the country code).
- ✓ Attach a copy of a phone bill that shows your billing address.
- ✓ Attach a copy of a government ID (driver’s license, ID card, or passport).
- ✓ Include your current address.
- ✓ If you can’t validate online, you can mail validation documents to: ICSolutions Customer Service, 2200 Danbury St, San Antonio, TX 78217.
T-Mobile customer? The prison-associated number might be getting flagged as spam. Two ways to fix this: Call T-Mobile customer service (dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone, or 1-800-937-8997) and ask them to remove the number from your spam/blocked list. Or use the Scam Shield app to add the number to your allow list - you may also need to turn Scam Shield off or manually approve the number.
