Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center (ERDCC) has weekend on-site visiting windows of 9:30am–1:30pm and 2:30pm–6:30pm. Eligible visitors include immediate and extended family, significant others, friends, and clergy. Make sure you're on the offender's approved visiting list before making the trip. You can't enter the parking lot more than 30 minutes before visiting begins, and entry is first-come, first-served. Bring as little as possible: allowed items include coins in a clear bag, necessary medical supplies in original containers (with advance notice), and specified infant supplies. To get started, submit an online visiting application with the offender's DOC ID through the Missouri DOC visiting process, wait for approval, then schedule the visit. Many facilities require scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

Phone service at Eastern Reception & Diagnosticc Center (ERDCC) runs through Securus, so you'll need a Securus account before you can receive calls. Most communication options (phone, video, and electronic messaging) go through third-party vendors and typically require an approved account first. Calls from incarcerated people are outgoing only and are subject to monitoring and recording. The person inside places calls using a personal PIN, and calls require available funds. You can add money through Securus, have the person purchase debit minutes through commissary or a kiosk, use JPay, or mail a money order or cashier's check payable to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
