Where Your Money Goes at Eddy County: Deposits, Phone Accounts, and Care Packs

To add money to a detainee's general account, use Access Corrections. You can deposit by phone at 866-394-0490 or through the Access Corrections website. This is the account for general spending money. Just remember - it won't cover phone time. Phone funding goes through Securus.

Phone deposits at Eddy County Detention Center go through Securus. Call 866-558-2323 or visit the Securus website to add money to a detainee's phone account. Securus also offers prepaid calling products like AdvanceConnect, which let you control and manage what you spend on calls. If you want to make sure calls can go through, Securus is the vendor - not Access Corrections.

Care packs are ordered through nmcountypackages.com - completely separate from general account deposits or phone funding. One thing to know: Eddy County has a $50 monthly spending limit for care packs. If your order exceeds that, you'll need to trim it down or wait until the next month's allowance resets.
