NDOC contracts with ViaPath (ConnectNetwork) for offender calling and account billing. That's why ConnectNetwork pops up whenever you're managing payments for calls or related services for someone in NDOC custody.

First, you'll create a ConnectNetwork/ViaPath AdvancePay account, then fund it however works best for you - online at ConnectNetwork, through the mobile app (iOS/Android), or by phone using ViaPath's automated system.

  1. Go to ConnectNetwork.com - open the site in a browser.
  2. Click “Create Account” - this starts the registration process.
  3. Confirm your age - enter your date of birth (DOB) and choose “Confirm Age.”
  4. Submit your account information - fill out the registration fields and click submit at the bottom of the page.

Note: After you register, ConnectNetwork sends a confirmation email. You must click the link in that email to activate your account before you can sign in.
