How to Schedule a Video Visit at Escambia County Jail (Public Bond Lobby)

Escambia County Corrections runs remote video visitation at the Public Bond Lobby, 3080 N. Pace Blvd, Pensacola, Florida. This is where you'll go for lobby-based video visits.

These are remote video visits - not in-person contact visits inside the secure areas of the jail. Whether you schedule ahead online or sign up at the lobby kiosk, you'll use the same video visitation system.

You can schedule friends, family, and pastoral video visits through the Escambia County Corrections website. Register through the visitation software, then pick an available time slot that fits the jail's scheduling rules.

Prefer to schedule in person? Use the kiosk in the Public Bond Lobby. It runs the same visitation software as the website - same process, just on-site.

  • Bring proper identification and be ready to register before your visit.
  • Expect the registration to record (at minimum) your name, address, your relationship to the inmate, and the date/time you check in and out.

Note: Special visits are only available with approval from the Division Commander/Manager or their designee.

Timing matters. You can book visits up to seven days in advance, but you must schedule at least 24 hours before the date you want.

Important: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, it will still be counted as a visit.

If the inmate is housed at another agency (not Escambia County), contact that agency directly. Escambia County can't schedule visits for a different facility.

Practical Tips Avoid Losing Visit

  • Schedule your visit more than 24 hours ahead (you can book up to seven days in advance).
  • If you need to cancel, do it more than 24 hours before the visit so it won’t be counted as a used visit.
  • Don’t wait until the last day - missing the 24-hour cutoff can cost you the visit even if you don’t attend.
  1. Arrive with your ID ready - all visitors must provide proper identification and register before visitation.
  2. Check in using the lobby kiosk - the kiosk in the Public Bond Lobby is one way to register and schedule through the visitation software.
  3. Complete the visitation-software registration - registration is handled through the system (whether you’re doing it at the kiosk or online), so make sure your details are entered correctly.

One more thing to plan around: inmates in general population typically get at least two hours of visitation per week. Each visit allows a maximum of two visitors per inmate. Children under one year old don't count toward that limit.
