What to Expect When You Arrive for a Video Visit at Escambia County Jail (Public Bond Lobby)

Escambia County Corrections runs remote video visitation from the Public Bond Lobby at 3080 N. Pace Blvd, Pensacola, Florida. You'll use the video visitation kiosks in the lobby for your visit.
You'll need to register and schedule your visit ahead of time. For friend, family, and pastoral visits, you can register online through the Escambia County Corrections website or in person at the kiosk in the Public Bond Lobby.
Note: Staff are on hand at the lobby kiosk to keep check-in moving smoothly.
ID Verification
- ✓ Bring a legible, valid driver’s license
- ✓ Bring a legible, valid state ID card
- ✓ Bring a legible, valid Military ID
- ✓ Bring a legible, valid U.S. Immigration identification
- ✓ Bring a legible, valid passport
- ✓ Be ready to show proper identification and complete registration before your visit can happen
At check-in, staff will compare your face to the photo on your ID. Have your ID ready when you reach the counter - if it's expired or hard to read, it can hold up the line.
Visits can be scheduled up to seven days out, but must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Arrive on time and check in promptly so your visit can start as scheduled.
Heads up: Cancel less than 24 hours before your visit, and it still counts as a used visit.
