MoneyGram ExpressPayment is fast, but the details have to be exact. Here's how to fill out each field so your deposit reaches the right person at FCI Terminal Island.
The "Account Number" field follows a specific format: the inmate's eight-digit register number followed immediately by their last name. No spaces, no dashes. It should look like this: 12345678DOE. Add punctuation, leave out a digit, or put a space between the number and name? The payment gets delayed or rejected.
