Fox Lake Correctional Institution is transitioning to the Wisconsin DOC's statewide ICSolutions platform for video visits. During the rollout, each person in DOC care gets one free video visit per week. After that, additional 25–26 minute visits cost about $2.50 each, with monthly limits on paid visits. Pay with a valid Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card—other card types won't work. You can also mail cash-equivalent payments (Western Union, cashier's check, or money order) to IC Solutions at 2200 Danbury Street, San Antonio, TX 78217. Recording video visits isn't allowed, and only people scheduled on the same device can be seen or heard. To message or send photos on an ICS tablet, you'll need a Getting Out (GTL) account. Don't close your CorrLinks account yet—messages sent after a site's ICS go-live won't be received or refunded.
