Visiting someone at Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center (FRDC) requires pre-approval through the Missouri Department of Corrections. The first step is entering the offender's ID number. Have this ready before you start - the application uses it to match your request to the right person.
If you’re adding a minor child as a visitor, the online form has a specific way to enter their identification. Under “Identification Number,” choose “other” for the type, and then enter “NA” for the number.

Note: If the person you're visiting is on reception and orientation status at FRDC, they can only receive one visit per month until they're assigned. Keep this limit in mind when planning.
- Act quickly if you want to appeal - if your visiting application is denied, you can send an appeal letter within 30 days.

- Know your fallback option - if you’re denied, you may reapply for visiting status after one year.
