Visiting someone at Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center (FRDC) requires pre-approval through the Missouri Department of Corrections. The process includes a criminal history check, so take your time and fill out the application thoroughly and honestly. Getting on the approved visitor list is the first step toward staying connected.

The first step is entering the offender's ID number. Have this ready before you start - the application uses it to match your request to the right person.

If you’re adding a minor child as a visitor, the online form has a specific way to enter their identification. Under “Identification Number,” choose “other” for the type, and then enter “NA” for the number.

Step3 Attestations

  • Fill out every field marked with an asterisk (*) - those are required.
  • Agree to comply with all visiting regulations, including searches.
  • Submit the application knowing a criminal history check is part of the approval process.
