Goodman Unit offers two video-visit options, and they're scheduled differently. Remote video visits using kiosks go through the vendor website—eligible inmates get one session per month, up to 60 minutes. Tablet-based video visits are scheduled through the TDCJ visitation portal instead. For digital mail questions, contact Securus Customer Service at (800) 844-6591. Keep in mind that tablet access, messaging, and phone features can vary across Texas units. When scheduling or paying, follow the vendor or TDCJ portal prompts and have the inmate's ID number ready.

Send personal mail to the TDCJ Digital Mail Processing Center, PO Box 660400, Dallas, TX 75266-0400. Include the inmate’s full name and TDCJ number so your mail is delivered to the right person.
