How to Put Money on an Inmate’s Account at Hampden County (Kiosk, Phone, Web & App)

Hampden County gives you a few ways to deposit money, so pick what works best. The SecureDeposit® kiosk at the facility accepts cash, credit cards, and ATM cards. Prefer to handle it from home? Use the bilingual phone hotline, the Access Corrections website, or their mobile app.

For in-person deposits, head to the kiosk at Hampden County Correctional Center, 627 Randall Road in Ludlow. This works well if you're already visiting the facility.

The Public Lobby at the Main Institution has limited hours for family deposits and pickup: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., then again from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Plan accordingly.
