How to Send Money to Facility

For in-person deposits, the facility has Public Lobby kiosks at the Women's Correctional Center, the Western Massachusetts Regional Women's Correctional Center (WMCAC), and the Main Facility in Ludlow. One thing to know before you go: personal belongings (including cash) aren't allowed past the Public Lobby. You'll need to stash your stuff in the coin-operated lockers in the lobby or leave everything secured in your vehicle.

Bring the right bills. The Public Lobby kiosk accepts $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 denominations only.

Before you make the trip, confirm which Public Lobby kiosk location you're heading to: the Women's Correctional Center, WMCAC, or the Main Facility in Ludlow. Depositing remotely instead? You can call 866-345-1884 or go through inmatedeposits.com. Either way, double-check the inmate's details first so your deposit gets credited to the right account.

If you're using the kiosk, make sure you have bills it accepts ($5, $10, $20, $50, and $100). Also worth confirming the current Public Lobby rules when you arrive. You can't carry personal belongings past the lobby, so plan to use the coin-operated lockers or leave items secured in your vehicle.
