Late Arrival on Site
- ✓ Arrive about 15 minutes before your on-site lobby video visit start time so you have time to get set up.
- ✓ If you arrive late, your appointment time will still be held, but it will not be extended past the scheduled end time.
The booking window opens 21 days out. On the other end, you must schedule at least 24 hours ahead - same-day booking isn't an option.
You can't book an on-site lobby visit and an off-site video visit for the same day. If you try, the off-site visit gets canceled. One more thing: on-site lobby visitors are limited to two 20-minute visits per week.
Pick your time slot carefully. On-site lobby visits run Monday through Sunday: 9:00 AM–11:20 AM, 12:20 PM–4:20 PM, and 5:20 PM–10:45 PM. Off-site video visits have shorter hours - Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM–11:20 AM and 12:20 PM–4:20 PM.
